Liverpool Targets Coutinho’s Replacements From The Premier League

Liverpool is reported to be negotiating with the former Premier League Champions, Leicester City, for the signing of the Algerian international striker Riyad Mahrez during the January transfer window which ends this month.

According to the French newspaper, L’Équipe, today on Saturday, Liverpool FC is keen on signing the Algerian forward, Riyad Mahrez, to strengthen the squad and replace the Philippe Coutinho who is expected to leave for the La Liga giant, FC Barcelona, this month according to the latest reports from the British and Spanish media.

The former Premier League best player, Riyad Mahrez, is on the radar of several clubs such as Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, and from abroad as well such as FC Barcelona from Spain and A.S. Roma from Italy.

The 26 years old forward is considered one of the best wingers in the Premier League especially after helping his team Leicester City to win the Premier League two seasons ago for the first time in their history, and he fits Jurgen Klopp’sphilosophyy at Liverpool.
